“Overall quality is top notch. I am an absentee landlord whose tenant called stating the AC was not working. I contacted Jennifer at Natal and she scheduled one of her techs to go out. The tenant is hard to schedule things with but Jennifer took the bull by the horns and worked it out with the tenant. She made a difficult situation easy for me being 1600 miles away. I will continue to use Natal and will tell everyone how good they are. The job was completed and my tenant was happy. Five stars out of five.”
